Excessive worrying is one of the most common symptoms of anxiety. Worrying occurs easily nowadays. We become worried about small things and that turns into a big worrying problem. Worrying can be intensive and you cannot concentrate on daily work. It can last for at least 6 months.

Restlessness

Sometimes we feel uncomfortable and in every situation, we feel the urge to move somewhere that can be called restlessness. This is one of the main symptoms of anxiety. however it does not accuree with all who have anxiety disorder. WHEN it lasts for more than 6 months it may be a sign of anxiety disorder. It makes us rude, irritates, helpless and weak. we can not feel happy in any situation.

According to a report, having trouble sleeping makes a 60% higher risk of anxiety disorder. Insomnia and anxiety both are related to each other. It is a very common problem in anxiety. Treatment is very necessary while you are having this problem.

Fatigue

Fatigue is another potential symptom of generalized  anxiety disorder. It can be chronic., It can follow an anxiety attack. fatigue can be a sign of depression too. It alone is not enough to diagnose anxiety. It can be followed by excessive worrying.
